A chance for local Somerset food and drink producers to have a pop up sales display at the Swans of Wells auction Preview weekend on 15/16 September.
Click here to find out more on the Auction page, and for more information about the event, which will be the culmination of a successful public art event where there were 60 individually decorated 5ft swan sculptures displayed across Wells and the surrounding Somerset area this summer, drawing thousands of visitors to the city.
This weekend, will see all 60 swans displayed in the grounds of the Bishops Palace in Wells for the auction preview before the swans are auctioned at a charity event on 29th September. There are a number of swan sponsor and artist displays in marquees, plus Mendip Moments ice cream, however, more space available for a few low-key food and drink providers.
Expected are approx 5,000 visitors over the weekend, based on the 10,000 for the Lions of Bath event and 16,000 for the Ki g Bladuds Ligs event before that.
The only restriction is that vehicles larger than a car can?t fit through the entrance of the actual display area, so they couldnt operate out of the side of a van.
