The X2 star entered into a civil partnership with graphic artist Shaffer at the Old Royal Naval College Greenwich on 7 January, 2007 - and to mark their fifth wedding anniversary, the two pledged their love for each other again.
Uploading photos of the ceremony to his Twitter.com account on Saturday, Cumming wrote in a series of posts, "I just got married!!!!! On the 5th anniversary of our wedding in London grant and I tied the knot again in NYC!!!"
Last June (11), New York became the sixth U.S. state to allow gay unions.
