What you will be doing
- Develop & deliver annual direct marketing plan for AXA Wealth, ensuring appropriate distributor segmentation and consistency with overall communications and business strategy
- Develop, plan and deliver compelling direct marketing activity that meets business objectives
- Develop detailed management information and utilise in measuring the impact of direct marketing campaigns against specified objectives, identifying reasons for success and failure
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and?align communications with business strategy & direct marketing contact strategy
- Review and improve direct marketing processes including data, print production, response mechanisms and measurement
- Understand business/market environment, to guide the delivery of communications and campaign activity to support business objectives
- Manage internal & external stakeholders to ensure full and timely delivery of agreed marketing plans
- Manage tactical marketing budget
- Ensure all marketing activity is on brand and delivered within quality parameters
- Ensure all communications deliverables adhere to the Communications Development process & meet requirements to protect AXA from regulatory and reputational risk

- Degree calibre
- Experience of direct marketing campaign development, delivery and evaluation
- Campaign planning skills
- Understanding of Financial services market place, regulatory environment and distribution channels
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Negotiation and influencing skills
